That's what I'm thinking too. They only like him because of his bs on Twitter. Maybe they're the ones that bought the N64 Truck?
Yeah, and even then a lot of them remember being browbeaten about his stuff and are still not fans.
Even worse there are some lefties I know who still defend him now for what he "did" back then
This is where I think capitalism might actually work by virtue of its own perversions. As the conscientious progressives abandon him, he's going to have to shill even harder to conservatives to try to tap into that market. If some asshole can get MAGAs to buy into renewables, I'm just going to sit back and let it happen.

He's managed to sell some of the richest of them gaudy overpriced electric vehicles, but not enough to make an environmental impact and not for the right reasons.
