That is also what happens when people only show up for Presidential elections. It's important to participate in ALL elections, even primaries... maybe especially primaries. You might get a candidate who is closer to your ideal.

But when you don't show up when decisions are actually made...

Remember that time we participated in all elections then the Dems closed ranks against Bernie and stated in open court that they're a private club and if the wrong person was selected they'd choose whoever tehy want? Because not a signel fucking democrat on earth does!
