a few weeks ago I heard NPR say something truly astounding. look at this shit:

Flooding has devastated several parts of the world in a short period of time

How did it happen that flooding has devastated several parts of the world at once? It turns out warmer air holds more water.

I'm mixing quotes and paraphrases but this seems to be the article I heard.

Not sure what you are insinuating. This article isn't good for oil or gas companies, and NPR is usually pretty good about letting listeners know when a potential conflict with a specific sponsor appears in their reporting.
