MODERATORS
I'd imagine it's be unhinged based on Morrowind's mechanics alone. Some guy zooms up to you, hits you with his fists until you have no stamina, then you lie on the floor while he zooms away.
More or less, ya also have folks just seeing how much they can break the game together.
