Same. I studied the great depression a lot in highschool and those two are linked mentally forever
It was an avant la lettre Great Depression meme. Long before google and the net being a thing - I first probably saw it in a middle school or high school textbook. It made an impression from the first time I saw it. Because it was such a classic - I must have seen it here or there over the decades. And now I wonder if it will become a meme for real.
