Many folks were trying to divine a motive behind the recent chatter around Dear Leader bringing Juche to the oppressed workers of Ukraine

So let's hypothesize

Seems like it could be a ploy to start shifting some weapon supply burden onto ROK and who knows maybe even Japan. Further evidence Ukraine is becoming unsustainable
