"Planet..."
goddamn yanks, I get you're mad, but it ain't the end of the world. Rest of the world is unaffected by this. I'm not saying you can't be upset, please, get mad--I'd be mad. But don't invoke the world's name, please, we don't care.
Is the rest of the world really unaffected, though? You may have thought that the drone strikes under Obama were bad. Let's just go ahead and get a near octogenarian in office that does nothing but hold grudges and shake hands with dictators. That won't affect the rest of the world at all, no sir.
Nothing changed in my country since 2016. Nothing changed in my neighbouring countries since 2016. Nothing changed in my country's allies since 2016. I was unaffected, along with everyone else.
The only thing that affected me was the mild annoyance of Americans assuming they are the default. But that existed before 2016, and after, and this is no different.
I don't know where you are. That is irrelevant. Fucking Sealand felt the results of 2016 and 2020. Maybe nothing changed that you noticed, but I would bet everything I have that it changed things. Be it UK, EU, RU, CCP, DPRK, SK, India, the entire Middle East and Egypt, South Africa, the Republic of Congo or many other African nations allll the way to places like Moldova or Sudan - the US elections did affect you, in ways that might not have been obvious.
Okay, tell me how 2016 affected Sealand, or better yet, maybe try a real country like New Caledonia.
The planet part is mostly talking about climate change, which definitely affects you.
I'm aware. What do you expect me to do about it?
