Or Title IX implementation. Title IX literally says that federally funded educational programs cannot discriminate with respect to sex. The implementation of that very simple notion includes things like if a girl wants to play a school sport but there isn't a girls team she must be allowed to try out for the boys team and be allowed to play if she can perform at their level.
