Bro I have autism but not adhd and I do sidequests all the time except for when I get sidequest burnout
I also use cheats because I'm more of the person who prefers to play through the story and have fun
But most people do this regardless I they have adhd or not
i also have autism and i don't think that last statement is even true for most autistic people.
