I'm at work right now, but here is one I think I remember adding: https://github.com/pschneider1968/pihole-bl-msft-telemetry-bsi

I'd like to add that you can setup Adguard or Pihole in your network to use microsoft telemetry blacklists to limit their sniffing. My work laptop constantly reminds me that I'm not connected to the internet although everything works fine, because it can't reach the captive portal 😄

Dude, the answer is literally on the corresponding wikipedia page.

GrapheneOS currently is only compatible with Google Pixel devices,[23] due to specific requirements that GrapheneOS has for adding support for a new device, including an unlockable bootloader and proper implementation of verified boot.[24][25] In October 2025, GrapheneOS said that it was working with a "major" Android OEM on future devices that would support the OS on Qualcomm Snapdragon platforms,[26][27] and that they will be the flagship devices, expected to appear in Q4 2026 or Q1 2027.

Hi all,

I have the weirdest issue with Summit for the last 2 days. Every post with an external link produces a 403. The attached screenshot has an example.

If I copy the url from the error message I can open it just fine in my browser.

  • Summit version 1.73
  • Android version 16

Accessing the internet would implicitly only be possible with a google or apple account. This smells like a class action lawsuit in the making.

Firefox seemingly very recently shipped their own titlebar controls buttons, which worsens even further the lackluster OS integration. In the screenshot you see my regular control buttons on the window to the left (default KDE Plasma theme) and the new custom buttons Firefox is serving now.

Would anyone know how to undo that change in about:config or anywhere else?

That Google is attacking custom ROMs should tell you anything you need to know. Definitely continue using ROMs as long as possible and pray to holy GNU that linux on mobile will attain day to day usability until that fails. It's actually looking pretty promising on that front!

So like Linux has been doing for years?

Can you explain why you would think Steam is so bad? I would argue they're pretty fair, especially with the option to buy steam cards for cash to not disclose your personal data. Does the client do some unsavory shit?

While browsing through the privacy community, I read about the BraX3. A new privacy centric phone developed by YouTube content creator Robert Braxman.

Before I support their IndyGoGo, I'd like to get your opinions about the company and their last phone, the BraX2, which apparently didn't get the most glowing reviews.

Jesus fuck that's scary. I thought we europeans would need to fend of Russia in the near future. Now it might be the USA as well.

Even if I was a bazillionaire, I'd still be pirating Sony games out of principle

I've seen the effects on invidious these past days. 8 in 10 instances have been broken. Google is putting some serious work into shutting alternate frontends down. Shows you how much of a dent they're putting in the bottom line.

Same with Gnome wanting to be pronounced "Gah-nome", or Latex "Latech". Just spell stuff the way you want it to be pronounced, or accept that people pronounce it another way

Not only that. There are whole countries participating in that disgusting shit. UK and US stayed absent from the Nagasaki memorial event because Japan had the good sense of not inviting an apartheid dictatorship.
