You're really making science boring to her.

I think the propelling force of the rocket would far overpower the cutting power of the chainsaw, making a sharp, pointy object instead more useful.

And at least make the rockets hovering, like in the shortfilm Ruin.

Yes, they can help care and give wisdom. Directly linked to why we get that old.

Edit: apparently, other primates have grandparents too.

Samichlaus, giving presents and Schmutzli with the rod, to punish bad children. When we still had snow in winter.

Btw, Samichlaus and Schmutzli been christianized (though in november, not christmas like american Santa Claus) but it's actually a pagan tradition.

I mean, tradition has its place in human evolution. The elders often did knew better (btw, that's why humans have grandparents). But in the modern fast-lived world, it's vastly outdated.

Still, you should learn from the past and live in the present.

edit: though traditions in the form of customs, some of them are nice and should be preserved.

They can ban specific kinds of lawsuits?

If we are talking facts, neurons don't use electricity, it's a cascade of released ion potentials. Thats why nerves are so much slower than electrical signals.

Some actively listen with a microphone though.

Seriously. Leaves the $200 computer away – costs more. Market is weird.

Though if you're for stable and minimal fuss, you should rather go with the XFCE or Mate version.

That's the stinky bird, right?

Hackers Keyboard has that via ctrl+z, but only in horizontal mode. For this only i had my Galaxy S3 in horizontal per default. But can't do that with modern phones' aspect ratio and i'm missing undo since then.

Situation: we live in europe, there's PRISM and Privacy Shield and all that, to which selfhosting is the solution. Now, my sister, mostly on Apple, got concerned with all the hacks and privacy violations over the years. She's a tech noob, so i can't really recommend her prism-break.org

There's a bunch of hosted solutions geared towards small to medium business, like Univention Corporate Server, NethServer, etc.

Are there similiar bundles for private use, basically Apple cloud alternative? With services like cloud storage, cloud office, media share, maybe chat, videocall?

Or should i let her wait until i got my box up, VPN her over? I'm only semi-professional tho.
