Former Nestle CEO appointed Chairman of the World Economic Forum

Former Nestle CEO, Vice Chairman Peter Brabeck-Letmathe; was, during an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Trustees, appointed WEF Chairman ad interim. This comes after the 87 year old Klaus Schwab resigned from the position.

In 2017, the businessman infamously stated that, and I quote:

Humans have no right to access free water.

Nestle has been embroiled in numerous controversies in recent years; namely, their usage of child slavery.

What do I do? (lemmygrad.ml)

I've been a communist for quite a while now, but it really seems that my "activism" has solely been focused on arguing with people online. I've attended one public meeting organized by a local pro-Palestinian organisation, that's it.

A big portion of the reason for that is most likely me being lazy, but I feel that's not the whole story here. You see here in Estonia, a nation the size of a small city anywhere else in the world, there are zero outlets for real left wing activism (besides the pro-Palestinian organisation I mentioned before).

I've made this kind of post before, i failed to find a satisfying answer. Nearly all of them required a pre-existing foundation onto which something could be built — that does not exist here. Decades of neoliberal indoctrination, nationalist posturing and the hollowing out of whatever was left of the old communist parties have led here.

The attitude has drastically shifted to the right, people openly talk about the Russian minority being a problem needing to be dealt with. Everything is couched in euphemisms, of course. But the message is understood. After all, imagine the alternative! "Little green men", as they like to call them, creating a fifth column inside the nation. How horrible!

I'll reiterate the title — what do I do? As much as I'd love to just create the vanguard party, that is not realistic. If that were feasible, then the world revolution would have already been completed. A party needs mass backing, it cannot simply be 1 or 2 people deciding to soap box. A party also cannot just be created, it needs to form. It is an organic growth, something that responds to it's environment and adapts to it. You cannot plant a flower seed in infertile soil, in the wrong season, and then expect it to miraculously blossom that night. If it is necessary to branch out from the level of a book club, then that will be done. If the situation proves a vanguard necessary, and the prerequisite organisation is there, only then is the formation of a vanguard even to be considered.

On that note, where do I begin then? I do not even know where to find like-minded individuals, such spaces simply do not exist.

We've got the best markets in the world folks, the best in the world - they say. But they never tell, NEVER tell the facts. They always go "we've got the best products! They call them "iPhones", they say they're the best. I have many iPhones, all of them. The touchscreens, they're so smooth. But the facts are that the iPhone is only 999$ due to unequal exchange and the greedy whites in the imperial core. The cobalt is mined the Congo, the blue one, as the locals call it. They don't pay them good, very bad pay. We've had ENOUGH. No more iPhones, no more UNEQUAL EXCHANGE. The era of the free market is over, folks. No more cheap burgers, NO MORE. The world war against the western, WHITE, uncivilised, imperialist powers by the joint dictatorship of the oppressed nations HAS BEGUN. America, along with the Europeans will fall! May Allah, along with their servants below the heavenly skies, empower the people of the world in this holy crusade. Death to America and death to "Israel", as the Jewish folk call it, but I call it the Zionist entity. Along with Xi Jinping, Khamenei and Putin I am officially declaring war on all member states of NATO. We will be rounding up and deporting all ILLEGAL ALIENS like Elon Musk and Jordan Peterson, or as I like to call him "meat pete". Sodomy will be made mandatory in my next executive decree, along with the execution of all counter revolutionary elements withing the state.

The Soviet Union, nearly a century ago, signed a non-aggression pact with Nazi Germany. They knew that otherwise they would've risked the Western states aligning with the Nazis had they entered an earlier war with Germany, or generally been more aggressive in their foreign policy. It allowed them to diplomatically play the imperialist powers against eachother, dividing them, thus weakening them.

An analogy can be made regarding the strategy of China and the states loosely aligned with them. They've showed openness towards further cooperation with the European powers, possibly dividing them and the Americans, rather than adopting an aggressive posture and surely uniting the imperialist states in opposition to them. They, with the ever more erratic nature of the U.S., have an excellent opportunity to isolate Washington from the rest of the Western bloc. Why would we want them to throw away that opportunity? In fact, we must, in full force, support the furthering of diplomatic, economic and possibly military ties with each of the imperialist states, precisely in order to divide them. As with the strategy of V. Molotov and the Soviet Union more generally, this is not done out of some ideological affinity, but out of necessity.

Though in a weakened state, the forces of the West combined will prove formidable. Even if they lose their confrontation with China and the rest, they will have already done insurmountable amounts of damage, worse than anything humanity had seen prior.

Again, imagine if the Soviet Union, in their time, hadn't done what they did. If the Soviet Union, seeing the atrocities committed by the Fascist powers in both Germany and Italy and the petty dictatorships of Poland, the Baltics, Hungary, Austria, and the Balkan monarchies, had decided to strike first. To march to Berlin alone, it would've meant total destruction.

Operation Barbarossa would've undoubtedly been successful. Fronts would've been opened up by Iran and Afghanistan in central Asia, the far eastern parts of the Union by Japan and the U.S. and in the southern Caucuses by Turkey. The ill prepared armies of the Soviet Union would've been crushed and the land, along with its people, subjugated. Now, imagine how this would play out today.

China invades Taiwan, or Iran, along with its allies, starts a full scale war against Israel. All of the "non-aligned" states, (Saudi Arabia, India, Egypt, etc) immediately join the war on the side of the West. Thus potential allies are alienated, turning the tides of the conflict to be in favour of the Western powers, something that is completely avoidable. They would squander their opportunity to bide their time, develop relations, economic and political, that would entice Western allies and "non-aligned" states to side with them. I won't play out this conflict in its entirety, i am sure you already understand what I'm getting at here with this short introduction.

However ugly it is, to see the horrors committed by the West and stand by idly, to charge idealistically into battle, this would force on us even greater horrors. It would be a fatal error.

Zionist invasion of Egypt in 1... 2...

Israel accuses Egypt of violating peace treaty, worried about Egypt's "growing military strength"

David Govrin, Israel’s former ambassador to Cairo, has accused Egypt of breaching the peace treaty between the two countries and warned Tel Aviv about Egypt’s growing military strength, Sama reported, citing Yedioth Ahronoth.

In an interview with the Israeli news site, Govrin claimed that Egypt is investing significant sums in military enhancement and violating the military annexe of the peace agreement.

Govrin served as Israel’s ambassador to Egypt from 2016 to 2019 and, as of November 2021, was Israel’s first ambassador to Morocco before retiring from the Foreign Ministry.

Govrin alleged: “There is no doubt that Egypt is breaching the military annexe of the peace treaty. It has deployed a larger number of military forces in Sinai than permitted under the agreement and beyond what Israel approved, citing its recent requests to combat terrorism in Sinai.”

He also warned that Egypt is heavily investing in its military capabilities despite its struggling economy and the absence of external threats.

“There is substantial investment in military and civilian infrastructure east of the Suez Canal,” he said. “Israel must take Egypt’s military capabilities into account and not rely on good intentions or shared interests. These can change quickly.”

Discussing Egypt’s attitude towards Israel, Govrin remarked: “On one hand, there is hostility and resentment, as Israel is perceived as an imperialist entity, a foreign implant, and an artificial creation.”

Govrin concluded his interview with Yedioth Ahronoth by saying: “After all these years, and even after 7 October 2023, questions remain about Egypt’s genuine recognition of Israel within its 1948 borders.”

I saw people saying Lincoln should be made a symbol of the American communist movement. When some pushed back against this, mainly citing the Dakota massacre as a reason, a mass of people started excusing it, saying that even if it was bad, we still need to appeal to the American public and Lincoln is popular. Literal MAGA communist logic lol

Isn't it counterproductive to waste so much time to extend your life? Like it seems like it's all this guy does. Wouldn't having a standard lifestyle leave you with more time to experience life?
