Sounds like the work of Grima WormGPTongue.

A coworker of mine recently told me she uses ChatGPT to deal with heartbreak/fboy drama, without any shame nor expressing it as a cry for help and the result of desperation, and I quickly understood the world has changed drastically. If people, especially in some communities, were intellectually lazy and asocial before, this will only make it worse. 😞

That's horrible. Sounds like someone (preferably someone she trusts) should talk her out of it.

What you should tell those individuals is “You need someone to tell you you’re right all the time.” Maybe reverse psychology will help them see the error of their ways.

This is great! it might not even read as reverse psychology to them initially, maybe just as a hyperbole. A perfect prompt for them to consider how much a hyperbole it might actually not be for them
