It depends a bit on the use case. I try to follow naming conventions within specific environments like Python. When just sorting some documents together, I usually do a mix of Kebab and snake case, where I split semantic parts with underscores and connect words with dashes like

Now that we're a week in and most people have probably repaired their PCs from the shitty Windows Update breaking GRUB I have some question.

I have a dual boot as well and thought I was safe, as I installed my Linux Mint on an independent disk. My friend laughed and told me that won't protect me.

I logged into Windows some days ago as I had to write a document in MS Word for university and the windows update told me it was ready with a very threatening red dot in the tray. I expected it to take control over my PC and to reboot 10 times, do some typical Windows stuff, but nothing happened.

Now I have this update waiting and I am scared my Linux will break. I know there are fixes out there, but is there a way to prevent it BEFORE it happens? Can I somehow upgrade the vulnerable GRUB version?

Thanks a lot for your help my fellow penguin fans.

This is General major Freuding in the official Bundeswehr channel. This guy is a machine, it's really interesting listening to his analyses. One of the top comments says something like "Kremlin is watching this rn to understand what the fuck is going on in Kursk"

German here. It is indeed one user who missed pizza day today at work, posting many pizza memes in a short time.

The German community on Lemmy is rebuilding at the moment as their main server feddit.de was abandoned by its admin. Now the communities are slowly transitioning over to feddit.org. During that process, single users can be largely overrepresented until the communities found a balance.

I am not sure but I think you can disable certain languages somewhere in your user settings, so that German communities should not reach you anymor3.
