How do you forward, also does it not need to be a 10 digit number? I am not sms/mms savvy. I grew up with emails. I feel old.

Jesus Christ seriously? I live in Alberta and I don’t get them anymore. I tell them off incredibly rudely every time and they’ve stopped for the last few elections.
We do not have them in Québec, mostly because CON is a lost cause here, and anyway they would write SMS in english, it's an automatic red flag here to receive SMS in english.
