Often, yes. Self respecting people don’t want to coddle or repeatedly be the brunt of frustrations from people who refuse introspection and self-improvement.

That was historically their lot in life and it is what some boys want to return to.

Hard fucking pass.

Sorry, I genuinely don't get your comment. Your use of grammar is stronger than mine. Are you saying in response to the comment i attached to the original post: yes, they see themselves like that, or are you saying no? Hard fing pass.. to who? Her what the meme is about? Me?

Even disregarding the subject matter...

Whoever made that "meme" isn't mentally well, disorganized thinking like that is often an early warnings sign of schizophrenia

disorganized thinking like that

What disorganised thinking?

[-] Hughmancase@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago

it was me that made it! i do have a lot of mental problems, i went through a divorce some years ago now, and she took the kids with her to another country. i am willing to take critisism, so if you want to explain "why" this is disorganised thinking i am willing to listen, and maybe learn. it has to be unbiased though, name calling me a slur or something is not going to make me listen.

I'm glad she made the right choice.

But I'm not here to be a support system for your insecurities.

Go to therapy and stop doing whatever this is
