A while back I bought a FLAC of Shelter by Porter Robinson and Madeon from 7Digital. Went back to download the song I purchased and just disappeared from my library. I searched on their catalog to see if the song was still listed and it was, only the MP3 version tho not the FLAC. I'm assuming the FLAC was delisted for some reason, which boggles my mind considering FLACs are the only reason I ever used 7Digital. I don't know if there is a possible way for me to get my money back, but knowing modern tech companies probably not.

I recommend avoiding this company. If possible. Hopefully I still have the file on my old computer hard-drive somewhere. This experience put an incredibly bad taste in my mouth.
