40 minutes is long, especially when you're tired from a soul sucking job.
40 min walk alone says little. How was the weather? It had hills? The sidewalks were ok? It had shadows of it was during the day or light during the night?
Also at night. Maybe if you're in a really nice area, but I sure as shit wouldn't wanna walk for 40 minutes, on my own, at night.
It can be in the dark with no sidewalk.
Has OP tried taking either less drugs or his prescribed meds?
