Clonezilla has been a godsend to me during hard drive upgrades - it's not a simple UI, but I was able to not only do the copy, but after screwing things up (my fault) it had everything I needed to fix it.

And those were windows partitions. Booted fine afterwards every time I've used it too.

I'm not super familiar with either, but are you aware of Rescuezilla? It's a GUI for Clonezilla. I used it for some simple things once or twice recently that I didn't feel merited learning Clonezilla's CLI.
