Context

A child was seen desperately trying to escape the flames after an Israeli airstrike targeted Fahmi Al-Jarjawi School in Gaza, which was sheltering dozens of displaced families.

Despite her struggle, she couldn’t be saved due to the lack of emergency resources. Over 25 people were killed, many injured, and others remain missing ,their bodies consumed by fire.

This reminds me of something that would get you banned from feddit.org for saying it

[-] Scubus@sh.itjust.works 5 points 1 week ago

What, is feddit pro~~isreal~~genocide? Unrelated, but does anyone happen to know the most offensive thing you can call someone living in isreal?

By the way they used German law to defend their suppression of anti-zionism, yes

The most offensive thing you can say to a zionist Israeli, is their their lives are just as equal as the Palestinians they dehumanize and slaughter with bombs

[-] Scubus@sh.itjust.works 7 points 1 week ago

Damn, i cant say that, cause its wildly untrue. The palestinians deserve to live :(

They ban anyone who compares Israel to the Nazis, or the Gaza genocide to the Holocaust.

When I was a child and heard about things like the holocaust, the genocide in Rawanda I would think that if I was an adult at those times I would do something to help those suffering. Now, as an adult I see suffering again that wrenches my soul in a dystopia engineered by the once "good" nations.

There is nothing I can do, amd it hurts.

You can. Raising awareness and turning the public opinion against Israel as fast as possible is the only way to stop this.

Thank for the encouragement. It does take some kind of sublime faith to push on. Send little bits of money, talking to folks I know attending the more and more sparse protests and arguing with zionists online. I soldier on.

The past year and a half has been extremely slow but the last three weeks pendulum has started swinging hard.

Virtually no politician is willing to support Israel rhetorically anymore. What is left is pushing them to take concrete actions, namely sanctions against Israel.

If you want to support Palestine financially I recommend donating to independent journalists which give the topic a lot of attention such as DropsiteNews.

Good idea.

I follow Chris Hedges, he may not cover details of what's happening on the ground but sure has stamina when it comes to moral outrage and covering how the west is complicit.

Chris Hedges is an awesome speaker for the Palestinian cause and very much worthy of financial backing.

Put this on the screens in times square until the genocide stops.
