Hi all, I am looking to apply for the Digital Nomad Pass as a foreign remote worker. I am a UK resident now and I was wondering if anyone knows where from the UK I can get a “Certificate of good conduct” (criminal history check) which is one of the requirements for the visa? Is a DBS check sufficient for example? ( https://www.gov.uk/request-copy-criminal-record ). I tried contacting the embassy and the emails on the application website but I haven’t had any success yet. Thanks in advance!

Not from UK but I've done visa stuff before. Call the embassy, they're usually very busy so emails go unread for a long time.

You also may need the Certificate of Good Conduct notarized and authenticated for use outside of the UK, but the embassy will be able to tell you that.

It was quite interesting - they had no idea about the Digital Nomad Pass in the London embassy so I’m emailing the immigration office in Malaysia to double check. I guess the scheme is quite new and people aren’t quite aware of it everywhere.
