Gameplay and software patents need to be nullified. We need to find a way to trick Trump into thinking those patents are insulting him somehow.
Boy I sure hope Trump never learn that the nemecis system (short for nemecisgender) was patented by the woke Warner Bros, so that other games can only use the nemetrans system that mindtrick every players into transitioning
Because they know Shadow of Mordor/War is a one-hit wonder and they can't make another game with nemesis system as good as that game, so they preemptively prevent anyone from making a better game than they can possibly make.
The gameplay kept us coming back and the graphics are excellent for the game. What doesn't last is the absolute garbage writing and characters. Literally just edgelord angry characters snapping at each other. There is no reason for being an invincible wizard warrior obliterating the orcs of Mordor.
There is a reason, it’s fun.
You shouldn't be allowed to patent game mechanics.
I mean could you imagine if movies worked like this? Imagine if Disney owned patents on exposition through song, talking animals, and twist villains.
It's so sad that Like a Dragon series is now at its peak and it could benefit from that system massively, but can't. And by the time this patent runs out, it will probably already run its course.
What an absolutely genius idea only to implement it once and in only one specific genre and lore setting. How sad.
