The bookstore isn't really haunted or cursed. There's just a dice maker living in the chimney space and all the businesses that used to operate there just weren't good at what they did and went belly-up.

I'd love to be a forest witch but the public transport may have less options.
Haunted bookshop sounds good too, but that might involve dealing with customers and I'm not suited for that.
Not many customers needed, if the bookshop is just a money laundering scheme of the ghost who haunts it.
