all I remember from it was a bit where this guy like chewed up this guy's pencil to look tough and then the guy dumped out all his pencils and then the other guy grabbed them all then then paused for a minute before chewing them up too

I'll have to watch the anime when I finish the manga. What makes it work is these guys are supposed to be hardcore punks and yet they're actually just loveable dumbasses.
