isn't virtual stops like a regular bus stop, but with less steps?

sounds good in theory, but i feel like the wait time has to be bloody short, like <10 minutes for this to be worthwhile.

Sounds like its a bus stop but only visible on the app. Like how you set pick up points with Grab

With RM 4/ride, isn't this more expensive than Kumpool? Or is it a distance-based fare?

it says maximum fare, maybe based on distance? but if you travel in a group of 2/3 your max fare is capped a lot lower.

The max fare thing should be clarified with a min fare. I would be shocked to pay for a ride that Kumpool can offer for RM 1
