I read somewhere the US both has a really high incarnation ratio (as in amounts of prisoners per x citizens) and a high percentage of externally employed prisoners. Interestingly those stats where compared to Russia (Siberian labour camps) and China (Uyghurs in forced labour).

And what's worse is that there is something very dark and heartless happening that seems to have a hold of not just the government but the people as well.
