As someone that switched to vaping after 15 years of smoking, I hate everything about disposable vapes and I'm honestly not surprised that these things are worse. From what I can tell they are barely regulated where I live and nobody that uses them even care what's inside besides the nicotine they want. I still do it the old school way with a device that can actually refill and change our coils, but almost everyone I know has switched to disposables because they are "easier."
Nowadays, disposable vapes are so prevalent that I'm finding them in all the places that used to be littered with cigarette butts. The side of the road, camping grounds, parking lots, and public trash cans. My whole life I was taught to dispose of batteries properly, but I guess if you can't see them it doesn't count. Now there are lithium batteries littered all over public spaces housed in cheap plastic cases just waiting to cause environmental damage and potentially fires.
