Says people should learn to speak English in America, cuts funding for English learning.
They want them already speaking it before they get here. They don’t want to spend the money to educate people outside of the bare minimum of what’s required to make Amerikkka run.

I don't fucking care how hard it is logistically to do this, all blue states need to execute on withholding payments yesterday.
