^ My CEO two jobs back. That was the company culture from the top down, amazing to see in action.
I wish more CEOs would pick up more buzzwords like "Blameless Post Mortems" and SRE, and less buzzwords like "AI" or "web 3.0".
The name of that column makes reading the article infuriating.
