No, ADHD is planning your day the night before...

And then forgetting it the next morning.

But even if you do write it down,

The notes are just as useless.

And it's not just about vibes.

Sounds suspiciously specific.

For me, it works as long as there is a written list to check off from the night before. No list - no action.

As long as there is a list, I can use every trick: Really don't feel like it? Set a timer to do just the first item. Allow to pick the easiest, and just do one for now.

That's a good tip, thanks

Never thought about that, I'll try that tomorrow

Don't be suprised if I ask you your IBAN if it works

Why is there a watermark on a meme?

And is "memetherapy" spelled incorrectly on purpose?

[-] TimewornTraveler@lemmy.dbzer0.com 7 points 2 weeks ago

it says @adhd_memetherapy and none of those words are spelled incorrectly.

So when the creator comes across these memes in the wild, they know they made it rather than the meme just happening to be relatable. /j

This shit right here, this is my flavor of ADHD down to the decimal point.

Plans suck anyways. Am I an NPC to do things at a specific time?
