Tiny review: It's pretty funny how the manga has its premise as its title and then drops that premise like 3 % of the way in. The characters in the story like western music, and I think it's supposed to make them seem cool or something, but then the music the author chose is stuff like Red Hot Chili Peppers. It looks good and pretty unique though, and is competently written, so it's a solid 8/10 overall.
It appeals to my millenial ass cos red hot chilli peppers was infact cool when I was a kid
fellow millennial here, and I do not recall red hot chili peppers being cool.
That's probably because you liked Vanilla Ice and Hansen (though Vanilla Ice doesn't get enough credit for that time Suge Knight dangled his ass off a penthouse balcony).
I’m millennial, not gen X, yeesh.
careful of that jack, no one wants to see cable abuse in their manga
It's mostly pretty good, the only real downside is the format is a bunch of little 4 page chapters that sometimes string scenes out in between them and sometimes do not, and it doesn't do a good job of signalling when it's continuing a scene vs skipping ahead vs doing a flashback so it can be kind of jarring to read.
I heard it's getting an anime adaptation, which hopefully goes well.
Okay this is awkward but I've never read Manga before any suggestions on where I can read this
Oh nice I dig the artstyle
It's a fun couple archetype
