Trams men are those busses that are supposed to work on overhead wire but dont have rails so the pantographs wear out super fast.

Ironically the sign indicates that ONLY busses are welcome in that street. A BBBB+ street (+ stands for bus)

I got a sign on a traffic light near me that says "NO STRAIGHTS ALLOWED" and it makes me laugh whenever I see it.
