We're all waiting to hear about what Linus decided regarding bcachefs, aren't we?
I think 6.16 is the last one to get bcachefs.
We will not know for sure until 6.17 as that is when Linus said he expected to “part ways” :(
Ext4 improvement are listed. I always wonder if it is necessary to reformat for these to apply.
No need to reformat as it is a change of the driver, not the data structures.
