One fewer helicopter, progress but not enough. This is one helicopter that will never be used to kill people in Southwest Asia or North Africa.

It seems crazy to even use a helicopter in a war like this but I don't know anything about war so

I imagine it was destroyed while parked. I don't think Iskander's are for aerial targets.
