In the UK, where I live, many cereals and plant milks are fortified with Vitamin D. If you want natural non-animal sources, mushrooms (when exposed to the sun for 15-20 mins) contain quite a bit of Vitamin D. According to this article other rich plant sources are bananas, figs, kale and brussels sprouts.
