The gun is likely a laser. White doesn't absorb much light, but black does, so the laser is passing through the white balloon without it heating significantly, but the black balloon is popping because it's absorbing the light and getting hot.

It demonstrates how color and opacity affects energy absorbance from light of a material.
That is a hair removal laser by the way. You do not want it to deposit energy into the skin, which means it works best for light colored skin with black hair and worst (not at all) for dark skin with white hair.

Asking your favorite LLM to whisk up a comment to post is easier than thinking up a comment for yourself. However, it would be easier for you to simply not comment at all.
So, in the interest of ease and convenience, we ask you to not comment if all you have to say is an LLM regurgitation.
Thanks.
I'm genuinely so curious what compels someone to do tbis.
I think they don’t understand that other people see it the same as posting photos of the dump you took to the group chat. If anyone wanted to see it they’d go look in their own toilet.
A desire to contribute to discussion, a sense that they're incapable of doing so, a thought 'what if I ask my brain assistant', a 'oh this is totally interesting', a failure to apply appropriate contextual filters.
