i can't blame them. they thought the soviets would win and had no idea about climate change.
To be fair, if the Soviets won then we likely wouldn't be facing a climate crisis either.
Seems like we ought to have a rotating wheel space station by now.
Imagine if all the money the US spends on its military went towards space exploration.
Mixed feelings about it. One common thing in newer sci-fi i can absolutely agree is CAPITALISM IN SPACE IS BAD IDEA.
So despite appreciating things like colossal advances in astronomy, every failure of US space program is a success for mankind especially now when there is alternative again.
That is a fair point, it looks like China will dominate the new space race and that's definitely a better option for humanity.
