Oh, so we care about this now? I can think of a uniquely offensive occurrence involving a fouly nicknamed plane and an island that just might be a bit more worthy of investigation & prosecution.

There is no passing. Executive orders don't create new laws. You can't be charged with burning a flag. You can and will be arrested for something else if you do this, though.

If you own the flag and burn it on your property I’m not sure what they could do to you.
