Anyway...
Actually, it sounds like the boat belonged to some sort of sailing cooperative meant for for people who can't afford their own boat.
At least that's what comes up when you search for the owner of the boat.
Makes me wonder what the boaters were up to. Orca attacks are rare if at all and there has never been a death of a human by orca attack so far.
Makes one wonder if they were provoked?
Latest scientists have come up with is that they're playing a game.
