I'm doing a PhD in Norway (did my original two degrees in the US) and took courses in Sweden, Denmark, and two in Germany.
Academic administrators are like Nicholas Cage movies; they are either great or terrible.
I went to a university in the US where the university president narrowly avoided prison. Meanwhile I have been fighting a university in Denmark for $200 over an expense claim because they claimed "I reported a bag of potato chips" on my receipt when I did not, and if they looked for 5 fucking seconds they would have seen that.
Meanwhile Germany and Sweden were chill af. Got some sweet goodies from KTH including a tote bag and coffee mug. Great little uni.
