Propaganda according to whom? The empire? 😁

The atomic unit of propaganda is not lies, but emphasis. There is no such thing as an unbiased source, only sources who's bias is known and predictable. US and other western outlets have been covering Ukranian government corruption recently as a way to manufacture consent for winding down an unsuccessful proxy war. Of course the other side of that proxy war will cover the topic too, just for different reasons and in an attempt to lead a different audience towards different conclusions.
