Fucking tragic. I was a huge fan of their Demon's Souls remake. The games industry is so fucked rn
i had my nitpicks with some art direction, but it was damn excellent and was the PS5's launch title more or less, what a disaster
Yeah I remember agreeing with some of the art direction critiques when I saw comparisons against the original. But I was a huge fan of the lighting.
My PS3 died when I was in the middle of Demon's Souls way back so I was glad to revisit it years later!
i do think it's gorgeous and a worthy game in its own right
They also made the MGS HD Collection that launched on Xbox 360 and PS3 in 2011 before they were acquired by Sony and that the Master Collection versions are still based on
