Sertraline is a common anti depressants. Adderall, for adhd. Statins for cholesterol. Far more listed there.

A lot of psychoactive medicines will literally just kill you if you eat grapefruit lol.
In the one medication I know about, grapefruit prevents your body from filtering the medication out of your blood, eventually causing the levels in your blood to become lethal
