Just read statement in the linked source. It clearly says that Canada has been deploying CP-140 Aurora several times over for years, and when these deployments happened. The last time it was in September-October 2025.

The people of North Korea are definitely suffering, but it ain't because their government is being slowed down in their development of nuclear ICBMs.

Top people in the US, like Rubio, have openly stated now that Ukraine is their proxy. Nobody is even hiding it.
