South Africa's Cyril Ramaphosa, Colombian President Gustavo Petro and German Vice Chancellor Lars Klingbeil, were also in attendance, among others.

Lars Klingbeil is hardly left. He wants to tax the poor and refuses a tax on the rich and their wealth. Didn't he also agree to the 6 day workweek and suggest cutting healthcare benefits for spouses?

I don't even see a mention of sending oil shipments to cuba in the article. Without that, it's all just talk.
