Snip:

State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, at a meeting with Jo Yong Won, Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, expressed gratitude to the Korean people and the country's leadership for their assistance in the fight against neo-Nazi invaders.

[...]

Volodin noted that, at the initiative of Chairman of State Affairs Commission Kim Jong Un, a Museum of Military Exploits of the Heroes of the Foreign Military Operation, as well as a memorial complex, have been opened in Pyongyang.

"This is a monument to Russian-Korean brotherhood in arms, developed jointly by specialists from Russia and the DPRK," Volodin said.

In this regard, he also expressed gratitude for the DPRK's careful preservation of the memory of the Soviet soldiers and officers who liberated Korea.

Not only did the US not get regime change they also decimated their own sanctions program against the DPRK by giving the stick to Russia.

The DPRK is rapidly developing with the 20x10 program as well as the Hwasong/Pyongyang expansion. Its an incredibly exciting moment in Korean history.

My only wish is for the DPRK to open its border with China like it used to be before Covid. Maybe even go further. Make an agreement with China to build rail and road bridges over the river on their mutual border, open up more special economic zones for trade with China, and open up for Chinese tourists like they have for Russian tourists. The DPRK still needs quite a lot of rebuilding of its infrastructure in the smaller towns and this would help immensely.

Chinese tourists are the largest portion of tourists the DPRK receives each year. You can even find videos on Chinese social media of tourists filming their experience.

Denouncing reunification until provocation has been the best decision the KJU era government has made as it allows the country to modernize without needing to divert resources to appeasing the ROK's empty promises.
