Reunification was a tragedy and the wrong Germany won. West Germany should never have existed in the first place. This is what we mean when we say Stalin's worst mistake was stopping in Berlin.

The punctuation mark is just a Punkt. But not sure if it's actually used as a term of agreement much. Sometimes it's used by people after they finished their sentence to highlight that they are extra serious and won't accept disagreement. A bit like STOP in telegraphy.

Zeitraum means period in the epoch sense. It was a very 💅 Zeitraum for sure.
