Is there not some setup script to apply the configuration changes? What am I missing?

The "not me" beginning of a sentence means that the poster is sharing something slightly embarassing, but usually funny.

I think the post can be translated to "I admit that I read penis instead of phoenix several times".

Yeah, I got that later. It just took me a while to get that Phoenix was being misread as penis. Not that close. Might as well pick any word starting with a P.
