To play Israeli’s advocate: if the commander was killed in the 9th, they would have had two weeks to pick a new commander who was then also killed on the 23rd. The post doesn’t name any names, just refers to position which wouldn’t change.
Edit: to be clear, I do not believe this. It is clearly propaganda.
but 23 is the year number. the date of the original tweet was november 1, meaning hamas would have had 8 days to select a new commander. ofc as you said we all know israel just decided some random guy they killed must have been in charge of something ;)

it would be nice if anybody in the western media were clever enough to notice they're just making that shit up. The guy talking to wolf blitzer about bombing the refugee camp a few days back starts an answer by saying of course we can't confirm or deny whether we hit the hamas commander for security reasons, but yes we killed the commander I can confirm that. My dude just wishcasting right there and running dog blitzer said nothing.
