these types of pictures should have a nsfw tag. Damn I can't let my wife see me eyeballing these!
What oil did you use?
Just regular canola oil but I usually use peanut oil but it's gotten really expensive lately.
Looks delish 😍. I’ve been making pan fried chicken cutlets lately and just tried peanut oil so I was curious.
+1 to this. Need that recipe!
I loosely based it on Kenji Lopez's video .

God bot !
Great recipe. I’ve used variations of that recipe from Serious Eats a few times and it always comes out amazing.
It’s fried in buttermilk.
I tried to do a copy cat Chick-fil-A sandwich the other day, and the recipe I followed had me brine the chicken in pickle juice. 🤌
Do you still remember where you found the copycat recipe? I'm slowly developing a recipe and would be curious as to whether it was any good as well.
This photo is making me hungry.
This looks great, good job!
Thanks!!
Great job man!
Thanks ! I feel I'm constantly improving my cooking skills and get lots of enjoyment out of it . Also my gf really appreciates my cooking.
I would very much like it if I were eating that...
Every time I see buttermilk fried chicken, the old song pops in my head. "Err body wants a piece of my chicken, butter fried chicken, finger lickin'!"
I haven’t thought about that song for literally years…. And now it has wormed its way back in.
